Class Schedules

All classes require reservations. Send us a text message to secure your spot. Note that private group classes are available by appointment.

Fitness Class – $20

First Class

Monday: 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM

Yoga Class – $15

First Class

Thursday: 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM 


Second Class

Saturday: 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM
